The Heathland course is one of two at the Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort and first opened in 2007. Measuring 6,373 metres the par 72 course is the perfect challenge for anyone visiting the Costa del Sol for a golf holiday.
Designed by renowned Ryder Cup golfer, Dave Thomas, the Heathland course features wide fairways and numerous water hazards.
The course offers beautiful, natural scenery with magnificent views of the Mediterranean and the Sierra Nevada mountain range.

Alcaidesa’s new Clubhouse is located between the two golf courses, majestically standing on the highest point of the resort. It offers amazing views of the Costa del Sol, with its avant-garde architecture, and it’s 3000m² surface area, it is a fine example of how to blend space in an Andalusian style.
Within the clubhouse, you will find the lovely restaurant and coffee shop where you can enjoy some refreshments and local dishes while taking in the fantastic Mediterranean views.
The Alcaidesa Resort offers everything you need to improve your swing, your putting stroke and other aspects of your game.
Alcaidesa features a 72 hole, driving range which is half undercover which means there is an option to practice your driving from grass tees.
There is also an 18 hole practice putting green, two approach zones and practice bunkers.
If you are keen on reducing your handicap, tuition is available for both young and older players.
