Nestled in the hills, in the beautiful Mijas golf valley on the Costa del Sol, Calanova Golf is one of the newer courses in the region.

The 18 hole, Par 72 course has an American style feel to it, with long holes and large greens that are protected by large bunkers and a water feature.

At 5,866 meters in length, the Calanova course has an elevated position which means you can enjoy spectacular views from every hole. The course gives a great but fair test of golf with every fairway clearly visible from the tee of each and every hole.

The course’s location means it is easily accessible via the N-340 motorway and is just 30 minutes from Malaga International Airport, 10 mins from the small town of La Cala de Mijas, 17 minutes from the bustling resort of Fuengirola and 25 minutes from the upmarket area of Marbella.

The Clubhouse

The modern clubhouse offers privileged views of the Mediterranean sea and the Sierra de Mijas mountains from its terraces. It is also where you will find the restaurant and bar area, the putting green and a large golf shop with plenty of stock for those wanting to add to their golfing equipment.
