Golf Course Information
The Belas Clube de Campo golf course was developed as a green space for local residents and golfers looking to sample one of Portugal’s best courses.
The course was conceived by renowned golf course architect, William ‘Rocky’ Roquemore and first opened to the public in 1997.
Measuring 6,109 metres in length and a Par 72 the course is a real gem and one to play while on your golf holiday in the Lisbon region.
The course sits between hills and valleys surrounded by a lush landscape with a large variety of flora and fauna. The course incorporates four large lakes and coupled with a strong north breeze, makes it a worthy challenge for golfers of all golfing ability.
If you are looking to shoot a low score at the Belas course, you will need to take on the course’s very own ‘Amen Corner’, which includes holes 2,3,4 and 5.
The facilities at the course are excellent and include a golf academy, 300 metre long driving range and a 2,500 sqm practice area with pitching greens, chipping area and bunkers.
The course also has a clubhouse with pro-shop, bar and restaurant with the choice of a la carte meals or snacks.
