Torrequebrada is a fantastic course and is rated by ourselves and our golfers as one of the best courses to play in Malaga.
This is an undulating woodland course in places that will soon pose problems should you wander too far off the beaten track.
Large sloping greens are the order of the day, with memorable holes like the 7th sure to stick in the memory. The final 4 holes will test any good card, incorporating the stunning stroke index 1 sixteenth, so concentration to the end is a must.
Golf Torrequebrada is very well located in the municipality of Benalmádena, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, and Marbella. A few minutes from the course are the beach and the Marina, along with other tourist activities to suit all ages.
Steeped in history, having hosted the Spanish Open and welcomed players such as Seve Ballesteros, this emblematic course was founded in 1976 and designed by José Gancedo, known as the “Picasso of Golf.”
Its main characteristics are its beauty and the diversity of the design. Measuring 5,763 metres with 18 holes, this par 72 parkland course is a true test for all types of players.
The Torrequebrada Golf Club House, with its magnificent panoramic views over the course and the Mediterranean Sea, offers all types of services for the golfer.
The clubhouse is home to the ProShop store, changing rooms, terrace, bar restaurant, and meeting rooms.
Enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the 18th green on completing your round at this very friendly venue.
