The greens are generously sized whilst its fairways are somewhat narrower on the front nine, where more precision playing is required than on the back nine. The fairways are sown with Bermuda, except on certain holes where grass has been used, whilst the greens and tees have been sown with Pencross.

The par 4 tenth is the most challenging hole where water plays its part. A good tee shot is required to set up the chance of playing over the water to reach the huge but undulating green.
